Marketing Administration Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Receiving all data such as Purchase Order (PO) or information related to customer order
  • Following up order received starting from preparing all shipment documents such as invoice, packing list, letter of attorney, PEB etc. and as well as checking the completeness of export documents
  • Checking inventory (product) availability at the factory and informing the product availability to each customer
  • Looking for new distributors
  • Other administrative matter


Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Good in customer care & support
  • Computer literate
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Mandarin
  • Organized person, able to work under pressure, detail oriented and tight schedule
